Efacec deploys IEC 61850 Automation System for EDELNOR in Peru

Last August, Efacec has successfully concluded the implementation of a substation control, protection and monitoring system for Malvinas transmission substation in Peru. The project included configuration, installation and commissioning of a complete Automation System.

In the scope of R&D activity, Efacec organized a presentation session of the most recently established joint innovation projects with the Portuguese DSO, EDP Distribuição. The session took place in Lisbon, on October 25th, and was honoured with the presence of the EDP Distribuição CEO, Mr. João Torres, Efacec CEO, Mr. Angelo Ramalho, division managers, R&D engineers and decision makers of both companies.

During the 2016 edition that takes place in Barcelona from 15th to 17th of November, Efacec is showcasing its Smart Grids portfolio, with a special focus on MV/LV Automation and Energy Storage Solutions.

Efacec was present at the international conference IEC 61850 Europe that took place on 18-20 of October at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Efacec was present at the international conference and exhibition RUGRIDS-ELECTRO that took place on 18-19 of October, at World Trade Centre (WTC) in Moscow.

Efacec was present at the 2016 CIGRÉ Session (International Council on Large Electric Systems) that took a place in August in Paris, France.
