Efacec strengthens its position in Morocco

Efacec Switchgear and Automation business partner in Morocco EnergyTransfo has organized a "Customer Day" seminar last March. The event, with presentations sessions from Efacec and EnerfgyTransfo and gala dinner, was hosted at the Sofitel Hotel in Casablanca.

During this seminary over 200 guests had a unique opportunity to learn about new products and additions to the switchgear portfolio, with a special emphasis on the overhead pole-mounted switchgear (IATS) and recloser technology (REVAC).
Also a highlight of the event were the smart grid topics and expected future evolution, with Efacec Automation presenting new products and solutions for power systems automation, including the new overhead switchgear controller (RCU 220). Presentations were followed by a gala dinner, during which all participants had a chance to network and exchange views on grid solutions.

Prestigious Moroccan companies operating at the energy distribution and transmission segments, like ONEE or Lydec, as well as from EPC contactors, such as Jacobs or Cegelec were present at the event.

Taking an advantage from a long and progressive cooperation between Efacec Switchgear business unit and EnergyTransfo, Efacec Automation and EnergyTransfo celebrated a commercial agreement that makes EnergyTransfo an official and exclusive vendor of products and solutions of Efacec Automation at the Moroccan market.

Efacec Automation is glad to add this new strategic partner to our worldwide network of partners. We believe that EnergyTransfo, through its solid, strong and long-lasting presence at the local market, will empower Efacec’s position as a trustful and solid supplier in the field of Automation solutions.
