Transelectrica is an electricity transmission system operator in Romania, organized in eight territorial transmission branches; manages and operates the transmission system and provides the electricity exchanges between the central and eastern European countries. It is listed at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, where around 59% of shares is held by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, and the rest by other investors.
In Armenia, Efacec will provide Teghout CJSC with SAS system for its 110/20 kV Kasheen substation. It is the second substation won in Armenia, after 110/20 kV Matur. This contract results from an electronic auction won by Efacec Central Europe (Romania) and Efacec Contracting Central Europe (Austria).
The supply, configuration and commissioning of a complete SAS system is the scope of the project, integrating Efacec automation products (stations server units UC 500E, bay control units BCU 500, protection relays from 420 Series IEDs), teleprotection systems and 20 kV MV panels equipped with TPU S420 protection relays.
Teghout CJSC is a mining industrial company, part of by Vallex Group, which was created to assure more optimal investment conditions for the conduction of the copper-molybdenum mining program. |
