Throughout the last quarter of 2012 Efacec Automation, in close cooperation with other Efacec business units, successfully concluded the Factory Acceptance Tests for the first set of seven automation systems for the Venezuelan CORPOELEC, company responsible for energy supply in the country.

The system submitted to the tests in the scope of substations automation systems, included Series 220 protection, automation and control devices. This is the first set of a total of 50 systems to be deployed for CORPOELEC, where Efacec Automation team has already demonstrated the solutions application according to the customer’s requirements in other projects.
