Romanian DSO (Electrica Muntenia Nord – EMN) continuously trusts on Efacec Automation competences, awarding a new contract for maintenance services of the systems installed at its substations and at the control centre. This new contract in Romania has been awarded in cooperation with our local business partner Eximprod, with which Efacec has a long-standing relationship.

This one-year contract, with prospect to be extended for additional two, assures the preventive and corrective maintenance services, whereas the telephone services, remote assistance, visual inspections are also assured. The management and automation systems, which are the target of the maintenance contract, were likewise supplied by Efacec in previous projects.

Efacec is also supplying EMN with a new SCADA system based on Efacec ScateX+ Network Manager. Recently in the scope of this ongoing project, the setup of power flow and related applications was successfully concluded, equipping EMN with a DMS system.

This recent contact confirms consolidated position of Efacec Automation as a key player at the Central Europe market, in addition to other recent projects in Armenia, Bulgaria, Kosovo, among others.
