Efacec ACS has completed the Factory Acceptance Test for the OMS/DMS that will be delivered to El Salvador’s second largest electric distribution company, the Distribuidora de Electricidad del Sur, SA de CV (DELSUR).

The system includes new outage management (OMS) and distribution management systems (DMS) and integration with the utility’s geospatial information system (GIS).

The FAT successfully demonstrated the required functionality according to the customer specifications, and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2014.
